Fertility and Pregnancy
Trying to conceive and moving through pregnancy can both place huge demands on your body and emotions.
Fertility and pregnancy reflexology offers gentle, focused support during these important stages. It provides space for your nervous system to settle, helps ease physical tension and supports your overall sense of balance.
Whether you are preparing to conceive, undergoing fertility treatment, or already pregnant, sessions are adapted carefully to your individual circumstances.
Reflexology for Fertility
When you are trying for a baby, stress levels often rise, particularly if conception is taking longer than expected or you are undergoing assisted fertility treatment.
Fertility reflexology is designed to support your body during this time by encouraging relaxation and helping regulate the stress response.
Reflexology can support your fertility journey on its own or work alongside medical treatments to provide additional support.
Our clients often seek fertility reflexology support when they are:
- Trying to conceive naturally
- Undergoing IVF or assisted fertility treatment
- Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained
Sessions are planned around your cycle and adapted where necessary if you are undergoing medical treatment.
We are an inclusive clinic and frequently support same-sex, transgender couples and single people trying to start a family through IVF.
Fertility Treatment For Women
We support women at every stage of their fertility journey, including those experiencing:
- PMOS
- Endometriosis
- Adenomyosis
- Egg quality concerns
- Ovulation challenges
- Heavy periods
- Irregular cycles
- Hormonal imbalances
Our approach starts with an in-depth consultation to understand your individual cycle, including identifying if and when ovulation is happening. We recognise that every cycle is different and not always a standard 28 days.
You’ll receive personalised guidance to help you better understand your body, along with ongoing support through natural conception or alongside assisted fertility treatments.
We also support women who aren’t trying to conceive but are struggling with the conditions we mentioned above. Regular reflexology sessions can help to manage symptoms and create a better quality of life.
Support is typically provided over two cycles to allow time for meaningful insight and progress.
Fertility Treatment For Men
We support men experiencing fertility challenges, including:
- Low sperm count
- Sperm morphology concerns
- Reduced motility
- Unexplained infertility
Reflexology can be used to support reproductive health and overall wellbeing, helping to create the best possible conditions for conception.
If you have had a sperm analysis, we will review your results together and tailor your treatment to focus on the areas that need support.
Treatment is typically recommended over a course of 8 sessions, aligned with the natural lifecycle and regeneration of sperm, to allow time for meaningful improvement.

Promote Ovulation
If your ovulation is erratic or you’re unsure of the signs, tracking your most fertile window can be challenging.
We use reproductive reflexology to help regulate cycles, promote ovulation, and guide you in tracking key signs for better conception chances.

Regulate Menstruation
The length of menstrual cycles can vary with anything between 21 and 40 days being normal. However, it should also have a clear beginning and end without any spotting at these points or at mid-cycle.
Periods should last between 3 -7 days and not be painful or heavy.
Reflexology can help to regulate cycles, reduce spotting and encourage a normal cycle length and flow.

Improve Sperm Quality
Sperm can be affected by poor morphology (shape) or motility (movement) which can significantly reduce the chances of conception.
Reflexology can help to improve both of these and the overall sperm quality and quantity. It is recommended to have an 8-week course of reflexology followed by fortnightly sessions.

Egg Quality
As women age, their egg quality diminishes and this has an impact on conception. Blood tests for AMH levels (anti-mullerian hormone) can be a good indication of egg quality.
Along with lifestyle changes, reflexology can help with improving the quality of the eggs in your ovarian reserve, thereby increasing the chances of conception.

PCOS, Fibroids & Endometriosis
Each of these conditions can impact conception for a number of reasons including infrequent ovulation, pain during intercourse, irregular periods.
Reflexology can help to regulate periods and ovulation, prevent painful periods and intercourse, optimise the endometrial lining and balance emotions.

IVF and ICSI
As women age, their egg quality diminishes and this has an impact on conception. Blood tests for AMH levels (anti-mullerian hormone) can be a good indication of egg quality.
Along with lifestyle changes, reflexology can help with improving the quality of the eggs in your ovarian reserve, thereby increasing the chances of conception.

Unexplained InfertilityUnexplained Infertility
Unexplained infertility is used to describe a situation where a couple are struggling to conceive but there appears to be no medical reason for it.
This can be difficult to come to terms with as pregnancy just isn’t happening.
Reflexology and hypnotherapy can help with this and we have seen success for couples who have been told that it is highly unlikely that they will conceive.

Pregnancy Loss
Experiencing pregnancy loss at any stage can be deeply emotional and overwhelming.
Hypnotherapy is a safe, compassionate and gentle way to help you process grief, ease emotional pain, and rebuild a sense of hope and connection.
Whether you are seeking healing, closure, or support for a future journey, hypnotherapy can gently guide you toward emotional wellbeing at your own pace.
Reflexology During Pregnancy
Once you are pregnant, your body continues to change rapidly.
Pregnancy reflexology provides gentle support to help you manage:
- Stress and anxiety
- Poor sleep
- Lower back or pelvic tension
- Swollen feet and ankles
- Hormonal shifts
- General fatigue
Treatments are always adapted to your stage of pregnancy and delivered with your comfort and safety as the priority.
