About Us

At Inner Belief®, we offer a range of holistic services designed to support both individuals and organisations in improving wellbeing, performance and overall quality of life.

Our work combines expertise in hypnotherapy, reflexology and NLP, alongside specialist support across areas such as fertility, mental health, neurodiversity, hypnobirthing and life transitions. Whether working one-to-one or within the workplace, our focus is on creating meaningful, practical support that makes a real difference.

Every service is tailored. For individuals, this may mean support through pregnancy, managing a health concern, reducing stress or navigating change. For organisations, it means building informed, supportive environments where people can thrive.

Our approach is always personalised, ensuring the support we provide reflects real needs, not one-size-fits-all solutions.

About Nicola Crawley

Hello, I’m Nicola Crawley.

I bring over 20 years of senior corporate experience alongside specialist knowledge in neurodiversity, mental health, fertility, pregnancy, baby loss, and menopause.

My work is shaped by both professional experience and lived understanding. After being diagnosed with ADHD and autism later in life, I gained first-hand insight into how differences in thinking and processing can affect wellbeing, particularly during significant life stages.

Inner Belief® was created as a space where these experiences are recognised and supported openly, ensuring people feel informed, respected, and understood.

Through the Real Life Workplace Programme, I work with organisations to create inclusive, sustainable workplace cultures. The programme is modular, allowing businesses to focus on the areas most relevant to their teams and translate awareness into practical change.

Alongside this, I provide one-to-one support for individuals navigating similar challenges, ensuring a consistent and compassionate approach across both personal and professional contexts.

Corporate Wellbeing

Our corporate programmes are designed to help organisations support their people in a way that delivers measurable business impact, not just good intentions.

We work with businesses to address real-life challenges that directly affect performance, including neurodiversity, mental health, fertility, pregnancy and baby loss. These are not separate from work. They influence focus, productivity, absence and retention every day.

The business case for getting this right is clear. Research shows that for every £1 invested in workplace mental health support, organisations can see a return of up to £5 through improved productivity, reduced absence and lower staff turnover.

At the same time, poor mental health alone is estimated to cost UK employers £56 billion each year, making inaction one of the most expensive options available.

Inclusive workplaces also benefit from stronger engagement, better decision making and increased innovation. When people feel supported, they perform at their best and are more likely to stay, reducing recruitment costs and protecting organisational knowledge.

Our approach is practical and tailored. We do not deliver generic training sessions. We work with leaders and teams to implement simple, effective changes that improve day-to-day experiences. This includes building confidence in conversations, introducing meaningful adjustments and creating cultures where people can contribute fully.

The result is not just improved wellbeing. It is stronger performance, higher retention and a workplace that is better equipped for the future.

Fertility,

Reproductive

Health and Pregnancy Support

We take a broader view of reproductive and maternal health, recognising the connection between emotional wellbeing, physical health, and life circumstances.

Support is available at every stage, from managing reproductive health and preparing for conception through to pregnancy and birth. This includes those navigating conditions such as PMOS or endometriosis, as well as those seeking a more supported and informed pregnancy and birth experience.

This approach also extends into the workplace, where fertility, reproductive health, and pregnancy are often overlooked but have a direct impact on wellbeing and performance.

Our Vision

Our vision is to redefine how people and workplaces are supported through the experiences that shape wellbeing and performance.

We combine holistic therapies, emotional support, and practical workplace strategies to provide care that reflects the realities people face in everyday life.

By bringing this approach into organisations, we help create environments that support both individual wellbeing and long-term business outcomes, including retention, engagement, and overall performance.
