About Us

Who Am I?

Hello, I’m Nicola.

I bring over 20 years of senior corporate experience alongside specialist knowledge in neurodiversity, mental health, fertility, pregnancy, baby loss and menopause. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of how real-life experiences impact wellbeing, performance and retention in the workplace.

Through the Real Life Workplace Programme, I work with organisations to create inclusive, supportive and sustainable workplace cultures.

The programme is fully modular, so businesses can focus on the areas most relevant to their workforce. As a result, awareness is translated into meaningful, practical change rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

Alongside organisational work, I also offer one-to-one individual support aligned to the same core areas. This includes personalised support for individuals navigating neurodivergence, mental health challenges, fertility journeys, pregnancy, baby loss or menopause, ensuring consistent, compassionate care whether support is delivered at an organisational or individual level.

My approach is shaped by both professional experience and lived understanding. After being diagnosed with ADHD and autism later in life, I gained first-hand insight into how differences in thinking and processing can affect wellbeing, particularly during significant life stages. As a result, I am deeply committed to ensuring people feel seen, supported and understood, both at work and beyond.

Why Inner Belief?

At Inner Belief ® we offer a suite of holistic services that supports, educate, and enhance wellbeing. Our services include hypnotherapy, KG Hypnobirthing, reflexology, and tailored mental health support. Each programme is bespoke to meet your needs whether it is to stop smoking, find deep relaxation techniques, start your fertility journey or support you as a couple preparing for your birthing journey.

We bring specialised expertise as hypnotherapists, hypnobirthing instructors, reflexologists, and Master NLP practitioners. Our focus lies in fertility, hypnobirthing, and mental health, with particular dedication to supporting individuals and couples in high-pressure environments.

We go beyond traditional maternal care by integrating holistic wellness and mental health into every stage of the journey. We also extend our services into the workplace, helping organisations create supportive environments for fertility, pregnancy, and overall wellbeing.

Through our corporate programmes, we partner with organisations to create workplaces that better support employees across neurodiversity, mental health and wellbeing, fertility, pregnancy, baby loss and menopause. By working closely with businesses, we help build inclusive cultures that recognise and value the impact of real-life experiences on employee wellbeing and performance.

My own experiences have shown me that emotional, mental and physical wellbeing are closely connected to the life stages and challenges we navigate. I created Inner Belief® as a space where neurodiversity, mental health, fertility, pregnancy, baby loss and menopause are all part of the conversation. This ensures people feel informed, empowered and respected at every stage of their journey.

Our Vision

At Inner Belief®, our vision is to redefine how people and workplaces are supported through real-life experiences that affect wellbeing and performance. We work across neurodiversity, mental health, fertility, pregnancy, baby loss and menopause, supporting both individuals and organisations with care that recognises the whole person.

Alongside the Real Life Workplace Programme, we also offer holistic, individual-led services that provide personalised support across the same areas. By integrating emotional wellbeing, nervous system support and evidence-informed practices, we deliver bespoke care at every stage of life.

By extending this approach into workplaces, we help organisations build understanding and embed inclusive, supportive practices. In turn, this supports better performance and productivity, strengthens staff retention, and reduces the costs associated with absence, disengagement and turnover.
