We all have an internal “timeline” – the way our brain organises and stores memories. Experiences from the past, especially those linked to strong emotions, can become embedded in the unconscious mind and continue to shape how we respond to the world. These patterns can show up as anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, or a feeling of being stuck and you may not even always sure why.

Time Line Therapy® allows you to gently access the root cause of these emotional patterns and let them go – without needing to relive the memory in detail. It uses principles from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and draws on how the brain processes time and emotion to help you rewire your response to past events.

How is it different from counselling or talking therapies?
Unlike traditional talking therapies, Time Line Therapy® doesn’t require you to relive or talk in detail about past events. Instead, it works with the unconscious mind to locate the root cause of an emotional pattern and release it. Many people find it faster and more effective for clearing long-held emotional blocks.


What kinds of issues can it help with?
Time Line Therapy® can be used for a wide range of emotional and mindset-related challenges, including:

This depends on the individual and what you’re working through, but many people experience a noticeable shift within the first four sessions.  We then focus on anything that’s left behind and also building on the changes to create a postive future and goal setting.

Can I combine this with other therapies like reflexology or hypnotherapy?
Absolutely. Time Line Therapy often works beautifully alongside other treatments like hypnotherapy or reflexology to support emotional release, mindset shifts, and overall wellbeing.
